Nikhil Agrawal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication Systems from Lancaster University, UK, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata. As a second-generation promoter of GIL, he began his career in the marketing department, quickly expanding his responsibilities to include production, planning and control, purchase, human resource management and exports. With 13 years of experience in both Indian and overseas marketing and trade, Nikhil has significantly contributed to the growth and expansion of the family business.
